Your coaching plan will be personalised to you, so we may spend more time on specific sections of the program.
Here is what you can expect to learn and implement in your life:
Week 1
Define the extent to which each life area is impacted by binge eating & the factors currently holding you back.
Week 2
Create a clear, detailed picture of change to understand on the deepest level what freedom means to you.
Week 3
Assess energy levels across Physical, Mental, Emotional and Social/Spiritual scales to identify true binge triggers.
Week 4
Create your North Star statement, addressing limiting or negative beliefs around your ability to achieve it.
Week 5
Identify your automatic negative thoughts (ANTs), learn how to detect and process them calmly.
Week 6
Analyse your ANTs to create personas, study their impact and outline alternative, more useful thought patterns.
Week 7
Identify your core values and use these value personas to create aligned action, as your truest, binge-free self.
Week 8
Observe duality in your ANTs/values and decide how to use them simultaneously to ensure no future life event will negatively impact your relationship with food.
Ongoing support
This will include addressing negative body image thoughts, emotional processing techniques, learning true objective neutrality plus journalling and meditation practices.
Your initial 8 weeks of coaching will teach you a lot about yourself. You will start to think differently in your decision making around food. Many clients see their binge eating stop or significantly reduce during this period.

Ongoing coaching covers more advanced and intense techniques, which are designed to ensure complete confidence in your new, binge free mindset.
No matter the scenario or life event that you are faced with.
